Bomb blasts

it is very painful to watch ,listen and read such news
it is becoming a routine affair in ( our ) every country
it is going to be a big set back for countries like india and pakistan ,which are heavily populated
one has to study the situation in china ,another heavily populated country ,to know why it is not happening there ...
is it religious outburst, is it political ,is to destabilise a country economically ( is it for economical reasons ) or is it against the dominance of a country ?

anyhow the government should take aggressive steps
1.they can convert the postal department into postal and security department ..postal people know the addresses very well and recruiting more tough young people as security staff we can periodically reach out to all public places and have regular vigil on this places
2.by an ordinance ,we have to create nation wide alertness and awareness , with day to day vigil should be carried out
3.in bus stands, airports and train stations ,except passengers ,no visitors should be allowed
4.more security and vigil in all heavily crowded places ,hotels ,malls and hospitals too
5.the security staff engaged in a place should not be changed ..they need more training they have to be trained like soldiers..the security agency keep changing the staff for the fear that the longstanding workers in a place will become permanent employees of the place where they are posted to work .
6.toilet and office cleaning staff in all public setup ,watchman and security staff at all parking places must be increased in numbers and must be trained in a better way ..we should not change the staff frequently ..they should be allowed to identify new and suspicious people and intimate to authorities and authorities must not dig at them even if they identify an innocent person as a suspect
7 for frequent travellers ,railways can give a discount of certain percentage and utilise them as honorary security agents and they have the authority to check any traveller
8.most terrorists achieve their target by infiltrating into the scene along with VIPs
no VIP should be allowed to move around with more than 2 guards and 2 assistant staffs
9.the head of the institution must take personal responsibility for all security measures and staff
10. only the affected cry ,others thank God , few sympathise and everybody forgets until they are awakened by another blast ...when a private 5 star hotel cannot protect itself ,what we can talk about ?

in a heavily populated country like india ,it is very simple to plant bombs
other day i parked my car at a chennai's hospital basement parking for 36 hours and no questions asked
