Lot of people who want jobs , looking for money by luck and lottery ,
people who pay attention to sympathetic stories posted to them on the net
buying and selling movable and immovable properties by net advertisements
are taking a risk of getting cheated
last night one young man asked me whether he can pay Rs 40,000 to get a job
when i saw his email offer pertaining to this job , i immediately recognised that it is a fake
offer ; this boy already had lost some money on two occasions but still he thought it is a true offer
in the same way emails come to you in the name of popular banks , various selling agents
with the ulterior motive to get all details of your bank account and creditcard details
so that they can handle the same easilywithout your knowledge
i am getting emails from the department of police , tamilnadu to be careful about such mails and SMS messages ; but this message is not reaching lot of people
especially job search sites , where you register ,finally is routinely secrutinised by the agencies faster than the company which needs your service and you are contacted by them first ; some are genunine recruiting agencies and some are totally fake ;
as an employer , you want a list of radiologists and doctors , by paying a fee for 6 months or for one year , to the job site , you can get selective list of candidates for recruiting or you have to go through all pages of the job site ; so the recruiting agency has the selective manpower to select the selective list of candidates and they e targetted , which the employer cannot do it
if the recruiting agency is a genuine one , you are safe , you get the job and you pay the fee agreed upon ; if it is a fake one , after you pay , they dilly dally you and change their email id
how to escape from these cheaters ?
1.more awareness needs to be created
best way to do it , you can create a comedy track in a movie ,with this subject , with one of the popular comedians , as if he is fooled in different ways and it will reach a large number of population in no time ; this will do the trick
2.government can sponsor more advertisements on this subject on the TV and other media
3.in reality the government can pass a law that if anybody collects money from job seekers , they have to refund the money if the affected person is not given the job for any retason
for the individual , the precautions are
1.donot pay any money , donot rush
2.as far as possible , direct approach to employer ( HR department ) is safe
3.contact the people / verify the address of the company
communication is very easy , search the website of the company and contact them
directly
4.only bad employers do not give exact working conditions to you and they want to do it through the recruiting agency only , where the employer as well as the recruiting agency share your one month's salary which is taken as a service fee by them
i am sure that if this subject can be given to the tamil comedian mr vivek , he will handle
it very well ...why vivek . any learned comedian can do it !!!!
anybody knows his email id ?
good one daddy! I would think, as far as possible atleast for jobs within India it is safest to go with the "big" recruitment firms, even if that means a nominal membership fee (which is free in most cases). Also physical check of the company premises is a must for domestic opportunities today...
